Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

I am convinced that supporting and promoting young talent in the tech and energy sector is essential for our future, regardless of whether they are women or men. However, women are still underrepresented in the energy industry, so priorities need to be set here to promote diversity in teams, which has proven to make them even more innovative, efficient and thus more successful. And that is exactly why I see it as my task to be an Ambassador for young women and encourage them to go their own way. That’s why I want to share with them my message to take with them on their way: Study what you love, do it with passion and you will be successful!
