Why advancing Women in Energy is so important

Energy touches all relationships, and critical decisions will be made in the next decade or two which will impact the energy industry. It is critical that multiple perspectives are included in making the decisions. This will ensure the best decisions will be made. This inclusive decision making process will only happen if we focus on broadening the perspectives at the table.
